SERIES DESCRIPTION
The Take Charge of Your Health program is a free, 12-part self-guided course for individuals managing prediabetes, chronic disease, diabetes risk, or general health goals. The twelve class recordings in this series follow the chapters of the book Prediabetes: A Complete Guide by Jill Weisenberger, MS RDN CDE FAND (multiple purchase and lending options below). Because the information for the program will be laid out from the beginning, it truly is a self-guided program where individuals can participate at their own pace.
