Healthy Living in the Stilly Valley

Healthy Living in the Stilly Valley is a free community event held each May in downtown Arlington to promote health, safety, and wellness for youth and adults.

The fair features hands-on activities, giveaways, trainings, and resource tables from local organizations.

About Healthy Living in the Stilly Valley

Healthy Living in the Stilly Valley is a free community event, open to the public.

Join us on May 30, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at Legion Park in Arlington.

This event is designed for families, children, and residents of Arlington, Darrington, and north Snohomish County. Children often enjoy the Kids’ Bike Rodeo and interactive vehicle displays, while adults can explore a wide range of health and safety resources.

Visitors will find dozens of resource tables, hands-on activities, safety demonstrations, and themed giveaways. We encourage guests to pick up an Event Passport, collect stamps from participating tables, and return it for a giveaway item and entry into a raffle.

Families with children may want to bring a bike, scooter, and helmet to participate in the Kids’ Bike Rodeo.

Healthy Living in the Stilly Valley runs alongside the Arlington Farmer’s Market. Giveaways, training, and featured activities vary each year and may include CPR demonstrations, free Narcan training, and firearm safety resources.

No registration needed! Individuals and families can simply show up and enjoy this free community event. If you are an organization wishing to participate or offer free resources to attendees, please contact us

Organizations wishing to participate in this event with a booth or table are invited to contact the Stilly Valley Health Connections office for more information.
