Public Surplus Items

As a public entity, PHD #3 will occasionally offer surplus items for sale.

Interested parties can request to be notified when surplus items are available and can follow the process outlined below to bid on surplus items.

Surplus Process

On occasion, Public Hospital District No. 3 will use this website, as well as other electronic media, to sell surplus personal property by bid. When items are available for bid, notification is provided under News and Announcements on the homepage and to individuals who request to be notified.

If you wish to receive notification of surplus sales, please contact us and request to be added to the Surplus Notification email list.

Surplus Items Available for Bid

Below is a list of personal property items available for bid. A photo, detailed description, and unique item number will be provided for each item, as well as information regarding when the bid will close.

How to Bid on Surplus Items

If you wish to bid on an item, complete the Surplus Bid Form. Individuals are allowed to bid one time on each item, and the bids are sealed, meaning that bid amounts will not be disclosed to any participants.

Bids will be accepted until midnight of the last day, as long as the bid is time stamped accordingly.

The next business day after the bidding period has ended, the winning bidder will be contacted to make arrangements for payment and pick-up. The winning bidder will be expected to pick up and load their item(s) within one week of the close of the bid, unless prior arrangements have been made.

All items are sold as-is, and Public Hospital District No. 3 offers no guarantee regarding the life expectancy of any personal surplus item.
