Darrington Adult Mental Health Program

The Darrington Adult Mental Health Program offers free telehealth mental health counseling for adults living within the Darrington School District boundaries.

Services are available at no cost to the individual. Insurance may be billed when applicable, but there are no charges or out-of-pocket costs for participants.

About the Darrington Adult Mental Health Program

This program provides free telehealth mental health counseling support for adults in the Darrington community.

Counseling and mental health support are available to any adult residing within the Darrington School District boundaries.

After contacting an approved counselor, individuals schedule a time to meet through telehealth. In-person appointments are not available.

Insurance may be billed when applicable, but there are no charges or out-of-pocket costs for participants.

No registration is required. Individuals can contact an approved counselor directly to schedule counseling sessions.

Tracy provides individual, family, and couples therapy for all ages and focuses on individualized treatment for neurodivergence, trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, and autism/ADHD.

She is a clinical autism and ADHD specialist, as well as a neuroscience-informed therapist. Tracy is also well-versed in several therapies, including the following:
