Our team responds to requests within five (5) business days. Certain records, including medical records, are excluded from public access. More information is available regarding RCW 42.56.070.

Why Are Stilly Valley Health Connections Records Public?
As a public entity, all records related to the governance and operation of Stilly Valley Health Connections are public records.
Stilly Valley Health Connections is a program of Public Hospital District No. 3. Our hospital district serves the communities of Arlington and Darrington in north Snohomish County, and five publicly elected commissioners oversee it.
