About Stilly Valley Health Connections
As a program of Public Hospital District No. 3, Snohomish County, we provide and promote health and wellness programs and resources to the residents of our hospital district.

Our Areas of Focus
Our mission and vision guide our work, and that work focuses on these three core areas.
Substance Misuse and Abuse
To support and educate our community on substance misuse and abuse, we take these steps:
- Provide and promote informational programs.
- Develop partnerships with existing organizations that are experts in this subject matter.
- Connect people to resources and support services.
Physical Well-Being
To promote physical well-being, we connect, collaborate, develop, promote, and fund programs, services, and events to support our community residents.
Mental Health
We find and work with partners and experts to do these crucial things:
- Educate our community on mental health issues, including through our school mental health counseling program in Arlington and Darrington schools.
- Develop and promote mental health programs and events.
- Connect people to resources and support services. For adults in Darrington, free telehealth support is available through the Darrington adult mental health program — no registration required.
Meeting the Needs of Our Community
A commitment to continual learning, evaluation, and improvement guides our work. We strive to lead the way in developing and providing programs that meet our community’s changing needs.
Through effective marketing, communication, and outreach, we build strong connections and promote engagement across Arlington, Darrington, and the surrounding areas.

Our Year in Review
Stilly Valley Health Connections provides a variety of annual education and wellness services for residents in Arlington and Darrington.
