Who We Are
The Stilly Valley Health Connections Foundation was created to raise funds to support the programs of Public Hospital District No. 3, dba Stilly Valley Health Connections. Stilly Valley Health Connections serves the communities of Arlington and Darrington in north Snohomish County. The Foundation was registered as a WA Nonprofit Corporation on January 31, 2022, and received designation as an IRS 501(c)(3) organization in January 2024. The Foundation has a Board of Directors, who meet quarterly.
