Community Programs and Services
We strive to bring informative and educational health related information and services to enhance the lives of our community members in Arlington, Darrington, and the surrounding areas. Browse a few of our most popular programs.
Classes
We offer a wide range of in-person, hybrid, and virtual classes designed to support the health and well-being of individuals and families throughout Arlington, Darrington, and the surrounding areas.
Our programs include topics such as health education, cooking, physical wellness, substance abuse prevention, mental health, and more.
Car Seat Checks in Snohomish County
Installing car seats can be complicated! Our team includes two Child Passenger Safety Technicians, available by appointment in Arlington and Darrington, to make sure your car seats are installed correctly. This program is a free service.
Medicaid Navigation/DSHS
The Medicaid Assister and DSHS Navigator program offers free support for Arlington and Darrington residents who need help applying for or renewing healthcare coverage, food assistance, cash assistance, or childcare assistance.
Take Charge of Your Health Program
This free program offers 12 sessions designed for anyone living with prediabetes, chronic disease, diabetes risk, or general health goals. A Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist lead each class.
Arlington Coalition for Healthy and Resilient Youth
We partner with local organizations, schools, and families to prevent youth substance misuse and build resilience. The goal is to create a community where young people feel supported, informed, and connected.
