Citrine Health: Healing, Support, Prevention
March 11, 2026
This free health and wellness webinar offers an in-depth introduction to Citrine Health, a Snohomish County nonprofit working to improve access to women’s health services, cancer screenings, and essential community resources across five Washington counties. Presented by Ann Miles, LMP, CBT of Citrine Health and sponsored by Stilly Valley Health Connections, this session is part of our free class recordings on health and wellness.
What you’ll learn about in this session:
- The Breast and Cervical Health Program (BCHP) – free breast and cervical cancer screenings for uninsured or underinsured women, including pap smears, HPV testing, screening mammograms, clinical breast exams, and all follow-up diagnostics (ultrasounds, biopsies, colposcopies) – plus full cancer treatment coverage if a diagnosis is made
- Eligibility for BCHP – income guidelines up to 250% of the federal poverty level, no proof of income required, and how the program can also serve as secondary insurance for women with existing coverage who face high out-of-pocket diagnostic costs
- The Bra Shop – a certified post-mastectomy bra and prosthetics fitting service at Citrine Health’s Everett office, with most insurance plans (including Medicaid through BCHP) covering products annually
- The TLC Program – free monthly massage appointments for women in Snohomish County living with a chronic illness
- Food benefit assistance – help applying for the Basic Food (SNAP) program by phone, without a trip to DSHS
- Women’s wellness programming – donation-based yoga classes and on-site massage services at their Everett transit station office
