About the Foundation
The Stilly Valley Health Connections Foundation was registered as a WA Nonprofit Corporation on January 31, 2022, and received designation as an IRS 501(c)(3) organization in January 2024.
The Foundation has a board of directors who meet a minimum of twice a year. The annual meeting is held in January, and other meetings are called as needed throughout the year.
