This class covers nutrition strategies for a healthy metabolism, including maintaining muscle, meeting nutrient needs, and making sustainable lifestyle changes. Participants will explore effective weight management approaches, potential medication side effects, and ways to maintain a positive relationship with food. Practical tools and resources will be provided to support long-term success.

The class was led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from Sound Dietitians, LLC, and sponsored by Stilly Valley Health Connections.
