This class will explore the role of food in managing common symptoms such as hot flashes, fatigue, and weight changes, while also focusing on key nutrients to support bone health, heart health, and overall well-being. Participants will also gain practical tips, meal ideas, and evidence-based guidance to help you feel your best through every stage of the menopausal transition. The class was led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from Sound Dietitians, LLC, and sponsored by Stilly Valley Health Connections.
