Digestive issues can severely impact a person’s health and wellbeing. Join us for this two-part series as we learn more about digestive issues, and how we can improve our gut health. Both sessions are led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from Sound Dietitians LLC with expertise in gut disorders.

Session 2 covers specific nutrition and lifestyle interventions for digestive complaints and talks through your own sleuthing that you have done since the first class. It discusses less well-known GI complaints, such as bowel disorders and syndromes, dietary intolerances, microbial overgrowth, and disorders of gut-brain interaction. A resource list is shared, so you can continue your journey toward gut health.
