In 2019, the commissioners of Public Hospital District #3, Snohomish County decided the district would start doing business using the name Stilly Valley Health Connections.  The mission of Stilly Valley Health Connections (SVHC) is to provide and promote programs and resources to support a healthier community. In 2020, a building in Smokey Point was renovated to provide office space for SVHC staff, and as well as space for health-related education and training for our community member for years to come.
