
SERIES DESCRIPTION
If you or a loved one has been diagnosed with prediabetes or a chronic disease, are at risk of developing diabetes, or want to improve your health habits, this FREE, 12-part course is designed for you. Each monthly session has a different topic and is led by a Registered Dietitian/Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist with Sound Dietitians, LLC. The sessions follow the chapters in the book, Prediabetes: A Complete Guide*, by Jill Weisenberger, MS RDN CDE FAND. Registration will be open for all of 2025, and recordings of prior sessions will be made available to all participants. Live sessions will be the first Monday of every month from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm PST online via Zoom. Recordings will be available following each session.
