Slow & Gentle Yoga Classes
Stilly Valley Health Connections is offering a free weekly, in-person yoga class this summer on Tuesday mornings at 10am. This class is at a beginner to intermediate level and will focus on foundational movement, breathing and meditation. All skill levels are welcome. Classes will be drop-in and limited to 15 attendees. Attendees will be asked to bring their own mat, water bottle and to wear comfortable clothing. All attendees will be required to follow current COVID-19 guidelines, which may include temperature checks, wearing masks and social distancing.
