Participants will learn how to plan affordable meals, shop smarter, and create satisfying dishes without complicated recipes or expensive ingredients. It is ideal for anyone looking to save money, reduce stress in the kitchen, and make home cooking more manageable. The class will be led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from Sound Dietitians, LLC, and is sponsored by Stilly Valley Health Connections.
