DESCRIPTION:Join us Mondays from September 28th to October 26th for a FREE parenting workshop for families and caregivers of youth ages 9-14. This five-week program takes place from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and covers: \n– Why caregivers may need new skills as their children enter adolescence\n– Building strong family bonds\n– Setting and using family guidelines for behavior\n– Managing conflict and expressing anger constructively\n– Teaching children refusal skills \nLight refreshments will be provided for all in-person sessions. \nPrefer to attend this series online?
