DESCRIPTION:Research shows there is a direct link between what we eat and how we feel.  \nDuring this two-part virtual series\, participants will learn the impact certain foods have on mood\, as well as tips on how establishing a healthy diet can lead to improved mental health and well-being.  \nThis series will be led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from Sound Dietitians LLC.  \nThe second session will be built on the first\, so we encourage participants to attend both sessions. DESCRIPTION:Mended Hearts is a peer-support program for patients\, their caregivers\, and their families who have or have had cardiovascular disease.  Any community member is invited to join any meeting for a variety of monthly educational and support topics. \nThis group meets the 1st Thursday of each month from 4:00pm to 5:00pm at Stilly Valley Health Connections\, located at 3405 173rd Place NE\, Arlington\, WA. \n“Whether you have just been diagnosed with heart disease\, had a heart event\, or had heart surgery or other medical procedures\, Mended Hearts is here for you!
