We’ll guide you in making a festive craft to warm your heart and brighten your holidays.\nThis free event is open to all members of the community. No experience is needed\, and all supplies are provided! \nNote: Due to the popularity of these workshops\, only registered participants are guaranteed space. If you are attending as a group\, please make sure everyone is registered. Drop-ins and unregistered guest may be asked to wait until the start of class to see if space is available. \nNote: The workshops start promptly at 6pm. DESCRIPTION:Whether you’re seeking relief from everyday stress\, looking to enhance your meditation practice\, or simply craving a moment of tranquility\, our Sound Bath event offers a sanctuary for self-care and rejuvenation. Join us for an evening of transformative sound\, where you can nurture your well-being and restore balance to your life. \nDuring the event you will have the opportunity to sit or lie on the floor. We ask participants to please bring whatever will make them feel most comfortable: a blanket\, yoga mat (or extra blanket)\, pillow (extra pillow or bolster for under knees can support your lower back)\, water\, an eye mask (optional)\, and an openness to the experience. \nNote: This event is for those 16 years and older. A Stilly Valley Health Connections release form will be signed at the event. Doors will close and class will begin PROMPTLY at the start time to ensure the integrity of the experience\, so attendees should plan to arrive 10 minutes early. No late entry!
