SUMMARY:The ABCs of Safe Sleep
DESCRIPTION:Join us to learn the ABCs of safe sleep! You will learn how to sleep baby safely to help prevent SIDS and accidental suffocation\, as well as creating a safe sleep plan for you and your baby. \nYou will leave with practical tips\, increased knowledge\, and a plan to help your little one sleep safely. All participants will receive a free sleep sack\, a Sleep Baby Safe board book and your own safe sleep plan. \nThis session is presented by Wendy Burchill from the Snohomish County Health Department and is free and open to anyone who cares for infants.
